Behind

FAST FASHION’s
CHEAP prices and
trendy styles

lies a flip side

they don’t want
you to see.

We are talking about billions of clothing items piling up
in landfills, millions of tons of polyester microplastics
polluting our oceans and one of the largest carbon
footprints of any industry. A business model built on
mass-producing products designed for rapid disposal-
with absolutely no regard for the environment.

To expose THIS
SIDE, we took 100
used T-shirts
from THE BIGGEST
brands, flipped
them inside out
and printed our
own 'collection'
on them.

MADE BY AN INDUSTRY RESPONSIBLE FOR 10% OF
GLOBAL CARBON EMISSIONS, ACCELERATING CLIMATE
CHANGE AND HABITAT LOSS.

Oh well, fashion comes first!

Made to contribute to the 60% rise in global
emissions from textile manufacturing by 2030,
intensifying extreme wildfires.

How hot is that?

PERFECTLY MADE to contribute to the

37 kilograms of textiles (81.5 LB) each person in
the U.S. sends to landfills annually.

BUT WHO IS COUNTING?

Made from untraceable cotton,

likely grown on unsustainable farms or planted
on illegally cleared land, fueling wildlife
destruction.

But hey, you’ll look fabulous in it!

Made by THE industry that produces more carbon
emissions than international flights

and maritime shipping combined.

TOTALLY WORTH IT!

MADE WITH plastic fibers, requiring large
amounts of petroleum and releasing volatile
particles and acids like hydrogen chloride.

Small price to pay, right?

MADE to look shabby after a couple of washes,
so you can toss it along with the 92 million tons
of clothing headed for waste this year

Why not grab two, just in case?

THIS COLLEcTION IS NOT FOR SALE, BUT YOU CAN FLIP ANY
USED TEE INSIDE OUT, PRINT ONE OF OUR DESIGNS ON IT AND
HELP FIGHT THE FLIP SIDE OF FAST FASHION.

Helping the environment is as easy as being more conscious
of the clothes you shoP for and wear. Here’s some ways you
can join in on the fight against fast fashion:

Ask yourself, do you really
need another top, skirt or
sweater? The average person
only wears 20% of the clothes
in their closet, so try setting a
hard limit on how many clothes
you want to have.

LESS IS

MORE

Switch up your closet once in a while by swapping clothes with friends or family instead of buying new ones.

SWAP,

DON’T SHOP

Try to get better quality clothes
from sustainable brands so you
can wear them for longer. (Or
better yet, make one of your old
shirts a protest shirt with our
downloadable stencils)

QUALITY OVER
QUANTITY

Unleash your inner tailor and
learn to breathe new life into
your wardrobe. Or just look for
the local one.

REPAIR, DON’T REPLACE

Second-hand purchases help save the planet, your money and the embarassment of dressing the same as everyone else.

PRE-LOVED IS
RE-LOVED

Instead of throwing your
unwanted clothes away and
letting them end up in landfill,

try selling or donating.

one’s trash is another’S treasurE
